Well it's April 10th and I have worked out and dieted for I guess 8 out of the ten days and I dropped about 9lbs. Seems longer and harder than that but I guess it's easier to gain than loose...pounds that is. Working on it. Once I start working I hope to be able to be more consist ant with my eating and exercising. Especially my eating. Going to try to plan meals for the week and working at an office will force me to bring a healthy lunch rather than a supermarket where I can easily slip down the candy lane. Wish me luck! I'll need it.
